GRAND HÓTEL REYKJAVÍK – www.grand.is

Grand Hotel is the conference venue.

Grand Hotel Reykjavík is a 4-star with a total of 314 rooms.  A new 13 floor high tower has just been added to the hotel.

HÓTEL CABIN – www.hotelcabin.is

A 3-star tourist class hotel, a 3-5 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel Reykjavik. The standard rooms are quite small as the name of the hotel indicates but with all facilities.  The deluxe rooms are bigger and have a bathtub.

HÓTEL BJÖRK – www.keahotels.is

Hotel Bjork is situated within a few minutes walk from Reykjavik city centre and the main shopping street. The hotel offers 55 rooms with private bathroom, coffee and tea making facilities, satellite TV, radio, hair dryer and internet connection.  

The special conference room rates, are in most cases lower than if booking with the hotel/guesthouse directly.

Early hotel requests can be made by sending an email to cod2008@iii.is.  Once the online registration form is available hotel requests should be made by using that form.

Please indicate your requirements on the registration form.

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Any alterations in your hotel booking should be made directly with Iceland Incentives Inc.
We strongly advise that you reserve hotel rooms in good time, as after May 15th, rooms can not be guaranteed.
