Iceland Incentives Inc. is in charge of hotel reservations for the conference.
Rooms have been blocked at the following hotels at special conference rates.

Nordica Hotel – www.icehotels.is

Nordica hotel is the conference hotel. This is a 4 star hotel with all modern

facilities.

Hotel Cabin – www.hotelcabin.is

Hotel Cabin is a tourist class hotel in a 5-7 minutes walking distance from

Nordica hotel. Rooms are small but have all facilities such as a phone, TV,

minibar etc.

Guesthouse accommodation

Rooms have been secured at several guesthouses within a reasonable

walking distance from Nordica hotel.  Rooms are without private facilities –

i.e. with shared showers/toilets.  Name and address of guesthouse

will be advised soon after receipt of registration form.

NB!  All bookings should be made with Iceland Incentives, not direct to hotel. 

The conference hotels are within 3-5 minutes walk from the Icelandair Nordica hotel where the conference will be held.
Please indicate your hotel requirements on the registration form. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Any alterations in your hotel booking should be made directly to Iceland Incentives Inc.

We strongly advise that you reserve hotel rooms in good time, as after July 10th, rooms can not be guaranteed.

Flight Information:

Icelandair maintains daily flights to Iceland from Copenhagen (up to 3 flights per day),Oslo, Stockholm and London (up to 3 flights per day); regular flights from Glasgow, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Boston, New York, Minneapolis and Orlando.

Iceland Express maintains daily flights from Copenhagen and London.

Airport Connection:

Keflavík International Airport is located around 50km from Reykjavík.  An airport shuttle “Flybus” operates in connection with all incoming and outgoing flights.  Passengers are dropped off/picked up at all major hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavík.  One way fare is

ISK 1,100 for adults.  A taxi from the airport to Reykjavík costs approx. ISK 7,500-8,000 one way.
