If sending the registration form as an attachment then please make sure that you save it in your own workspace (for example in My Documents or on your Desktop) before sending it as an attachment.

Congress fee:  Congress fee is € 210 (17,000 ISK) before June 1^st and    € 270 (22,000 ISK) after June 1^st .  Fee includes: admission to conference, conference material, lunches September 6^th and September 8^th, coffee or tea during breaks, welcome reception September 6^th, the Book of Abstracts and admission to the Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition 2005 in Smárinn in Kópavogur.

Educational visit

An optional bus tour will be on September 7th.  The bus will leave from the conference hotel at 8:30 AM.   We will start by visiting a large Arctic char farm 20 km west of Reykjavík, then visit the Marine Research Institute´s mariculture laboratory near the small fishing village called Grindavík. Our next stop will be at the Rift (Gjáin) where there is an exhibition on geology and geothermal heat and how it is used in Iceland. Finally we will enjoy a light lunch at the Blue lagoon before returning to the Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition at 14:00.

Payment

Prepayment must follow the registration form.  Full payment upon registration is of course also acceptable.

The prepayment must cover:
- the registration fee
- the excursion (optional)
- hotel deposit

Payment should be made in Icelandic Kronur (ISK) and in advance by:

Cancellations
All cancellations must be done writing to the Congress Secretariat, either by e-mail
or by post.

Registration fees:
Cancellations before July 10th, 2005, full refund, less ISK 5,000 administration fee.
Cancellations after July 10th 2005 – no refund.

Accommodation:
Cancellations before July 10th, full refund.
Cancellations after July 10th, the first night at the hotel will be charged
